Main tasks:

• Act as a trusted partner for Finance leadership and key stakeholders, supporting decision-making and digital transformation initiatives.
• Capture, evaluate, and prioritize business demands across Finance.
• Manage the end-to-end Finance demand and project portfolio, including intake, governance, and prioritization.
• Support the development of business cases and investment proposals.
• Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and ensure progress tracking.
• Ensure alignment between Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process optimization and digital enablement in Finance.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Finance IT, or a similar business-facing role.
• Proven experience in project coordination, consulting, or demand/portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (e.g. Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay).
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP FI/CO or comparable platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
