WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll join our Zurich Human Resources team and work closely with consultants, local trainers, and HR colleagues across Bain offices. In this role, you'll support employees from their first day at Bain through onboarding and training, help coordinate international transfers and work authorization, and provide backup support for benefits and insurance administration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Onboarding & Training
  • Own and continuously develop the Zurich onboarding and training program, serving as a central point of contact for local trainers and building a strong trainer network.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and local training initiatives for colleagues across teams and career levels.
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics and communications, adapt plans, and publish the annual training calendar.
  • Keep training materials up to date and aligned with local and global updates.
• Global Mobility & Work Authorization
  • Guide employees through international transfers (inbound and outbound), including short- and long-term assignments between Bain offices.
  • Manage mobility requests end to end - from assessing eligibility and collecting documentation to securing work authorization, coordinating benefits enrollment and supporting relocation.
  • Help new arrivals settle into the Zurich office and be their go-to HR contact.
  • Serve as the primary mobility contact for other offices and the Global Mobility team.
• Benefits & Insurance
  • Provide backup support for employee benefits and insurance inquiries and related administration, helping ensure continuity of service within the team.

ABOUT YOU

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in HR, learning and development, or global mobility/ immigration.
• You have successfully completed your Bachelor or Master studies, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You bring a proactive, service-oriented mindset and enjoy taking ownership of your responsibilities.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
• You communicate confidently and professionally and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different teams and locations.
• An additional HR qualification and a good understanding of the Swiss employment and work authorization environment is an advantage.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
