Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland.

You'll get to:
• support the Business Management team in the execution of business initiatives, planning activities, and management reporting
• prepare management presentations, business reviews, dashboards, and communication materials for senior stakeholders
• analyze business data and key performance indicators to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement
• contribute to process improvement efforts and help identify opportunities for increased efficiency, automation, and digitalization
• coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Product Management, Risk, Finance, and Technology

Your team

You'll be working in the Business Management team within Institutional clients & Global Asset Servicing in Zurich. We are a team of 16 people with different backgrounds and responsibilities. This gives you the opportunity to get deeper knowledge and insights in various topics.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:
• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
