Internship - AI Engineer - AI-Powered CRM, Engagement & Churn Analysis

Understanding client engagement has become a key differentiator in modern wealth management. Relationship managers need better tools to identify evolving client behaviours, anticipate risks and proactively strengthen client relationships.

As part of our AI-Powered CRM initiative, you will help build intelligent models capable of identifying engagement patterns and detecting early warning signals that may indicate declining client interaction or potential attrition.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop AI-driven capabilities that measure client engagement and help bankers proactively identify churn risks and relationship opportunities.
• Analyse client interaction data and behavioural indicators.
• Identify meaningful engagement metrics.
• Explore machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.
• Develop dashboards and insights for bankers.
• Build proof-of-concept predictive models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate findings.
• Present recommendations and potential enhancements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's student in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Interest in AI, predictive analytics and behavioural modelling.
• Experience with backend, frontend and database technologies.
• Knowledge of data science or machine learning frameworks is a plus.
• Curious, proactive and result-oriented.
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
