Key facts: SAP SCM, S/4HANA, MM, IM, LE, SD, QM, in Basel / 2-3 days Home-Office.




Main tasks:

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions


• Configure and enhance Supply Chain processes across MM, IM, and LE, ensuring optimal system performance


• Support system implementations, releases, upgrades, and validation activities (including UAT)


• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal IT teams and external vendors


• Ensure compliance with CSV standards, IT governance, and quality documentation requirements


• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to drive adoption and efficiency


• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes


• Lead or support smaller projects and enhancements within the SAP landscape

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field


• Several years of experience in SAP Supply Chain environments, ideally within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry


• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly MM, IM, and LE (knowledge of SD and QM is a plus)


• Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes, master data, and global trade compliance


• Experience with SaaS applications, system lifecycle management, and user training


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment


• Fluent in English; German and/or French are advantageous
