The firm has built an exceptional relationship with an Oil & Gas super major and has been a key partner in the digitalisation and modernisation of the business.
The wider practice is already completing large-scale Transformations within the energy market, as well as training, advisory, C suite guidance, complex strategy, rebuild and growth planning initiatives for their clients. They need to hire to continue the delivery, shaping, growth and future success of this practice.
The Role
- Originate and shape strategic, large and complex client transformation programmes aligning with the business’s value proposition to clients strategic ambitions
- Shape innovative industry solutions to enable clients transition to Net Zero
- Build sustainable relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients
- Effectively engage with the C-suite to develop our brand and propositions.
- Manage teams from across to ensure the business the best solutions are developed and value outcomes are delivered for the client
- Ensure a competitive advantage is created and maintained
Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Principal with Resource Industry knowledge and experience in:
- Creating, and leading large, complex, strategic client opportunities for Metals & Mining organisations
- Originating sales and relationships with C-suite at both established and emerging Metals & Mining clients
- Demonstrating an ability for independent thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Delivering digital transformation programmes at Metals & Mining clients
- Metals & Mining client business functions
- Business and commercial acumen to drive ideation, value creation and solution shaping
- Acting as a trusted partner with long-standing clients, in turn influencing the client’s selection process and evaluation criteria
- Orchestrating multi-party opportunities across technology or business partnerships/ecosystems
- Leading cross functional and diverse teams to success
- Able to demonstrate strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership
