Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Management

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and digital transformation agenda for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance solutions.
• Drive product innovation by assessing client needs, market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize requirements based on business value, risk, compliance, and delivery objectives.
• Lead Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.

Trade & Supply Chain Finance Solutions

• Lead the design and implementation of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products, including:Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Standby LCs.
• Supplier Finance, Receivables Finance, Invoice Financing, Dynamic Discounting, and Open Account Trade solutions
• Digital Trade Journeys, Corporate Self-Service Portals, Mobile Capabilities, Workflow Automation, and Document Management solutions.

Solution Delivery & Integration

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to design scalable, secure, and client-centric solutions.
• Lead API, Host-to-Host, SWIFT, ERP, Core Banking, and Fintech integration initiatives.
• Define business requirements, user stories, process flows, interface specifications, and solution designs.
• Support end-to-end delivery including SIT, UAT, production implementation, and post-go-live stabilization.

Stakeholder Leadership

• Partner with senior business leaders, operations, technology, compliance, and regional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Present product roadmaps, business cases, and solution recommendations to senior management and clients.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, audit, risk, and governance requirements.
• Embed operational controls and risk mitigation measures into product design and delivery processes
• Monitor industry developments to ensure ongoing compliance and adoption of best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Transaction Banking, or Cash Management product delivery.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Product Lead, or Digital Transformation Lead within banking or financial services.Strong understanding of trade finance products, operational processes, and digital trade ecosystems.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs using Agile and Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards, ISO 20022, API integrations, and trade technology platforms.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with digital trade platforms, corporate banking portals, and workflow automation solutions.Exposure to regional or global trade transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Product Management, PMP, or equivalent.
