About the Role
•\tPartner closely with business leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment outcomes, working independently as a senior individual contributor and ensuring hiring solutions support our business priorities
•\tAct as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor, using market knowledge, commercial judgement and recruitment expertise to support timely and well-informed hiring decisions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a defined portfolio, from requisition briefing and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer advisory, and hiring closure.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs and team dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships while managing and aligning expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks whilst managing stakeholders' expectations on hiring timelines to support decision-making.
- Proactively source and engage talent through direct outreach, referrals, and strategic pipeline building
- Deliver a professional, respectful and engaging candidate experience aligned with our AIA values.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and TA colleagues to continuously improve recruitment tools, processes ad hiring outcomes.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, governance standards and Singapore employment regulations.
- Participate and lead strategic talent acquisition projects aimed at improving recruitment practices and practices
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize talent acquisition processes, enabling data-driven decision; identifying talent trends and anticipate future hiring needs
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree, with specialisation in Human Resource preferred.
- 8 -10 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with strong in-house exposure preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end hiring independently across professional and managerial roles.
- Experience within a fast-paced and results oriented organisation is essential
- Exposure to insurance or financial services hiring environments is highly preferred
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good business acumen and takes a strong interest of the defined portfolio and how talent acquisition contributes to the organisation's priorities and growth
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality of candidate pipeline whilst ensuring accurate hiring data in our recruitment systems to track our hiring metrics.
- Collaborative and supporting teammates through shared ownership, coverage and knowledge exchange.
