Job Description

Credit Review (Business Banking Credit) is responsible for conducting a detailed credit analysis based on information furnished by the borrower, publicly available information, the lender's evaluation of the borrower's credit needs, and the ability to pay across a range of products against credit standards set by the organization. The Credit Review / Underwriting focus specializes in performing credit reviews of loan portfolios. May identify underwriting weaknesses and suggest changes. Develops, maintains, and evaluates portfolios for compliance to firm-wide or business unit policies and regulations. May involve credit underwriting skills and wealth management responsibilities.

Job Description

• Process new/incremental/renewal cases submitted from BU (Business Unit)
• Check completeness of submission
• Ensure policies are met
• Ensure regulatory requirements are complied with
• Perform data input into Business Credit Approval System
• Perform bank statement analysis for submissions under non-financial model product program.
• Conduct joint UAT (User Acceptance Tests) with CA (Credit Approvers) as and when there is system or rules enhancement.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Credit Analysis with SME banking experience
• Presentable, dynamic, dedicated, self-driven and highly motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with good grasp of financial analysis
• Ability to understand risk drivers of the SME markets
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum a recognized degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Banking and Finance
