Your new role
- Act as the key compliance lead for Singapore, covering MAS and ACRA-facing responsibilities.
- Oversee day-to-day regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, CDD, ongoing monitoring, and suspicious transaction reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, regional compliance teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure strong governance and compliance standards.
- Support the adoption of AI and automation tools to improve compliance workflows.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years of Singapore financial services compliance experience, ideally within trust, fiduciary, CSP, fund, capital markets, or MAS-regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of MAS and ACRA regulations, AML/CFT, CDD/EDD, sanctions, and relevant compliance frameworks.
- Experience or readiness to hold statutory appointments such as Compliance Officer, MLRO, DPO, or MAS-approved Resident Manager.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and a practical, business-facing compliance mindset.
