Roles:

1. Execute and monitor Japanese equity trades
2. Oversee fund operations, reconciliations, and settlements
3. Review NAV, P&L, and fund accounting processes
4. Support compliance monitoring and risk management
5. Coordinate with brokers, service providers, investors, and internal stakeholders

* Hybrid Working Arrangement(2-3 days WFH per week)

Requirements:

1. Strong interest in investments, operations, compliance, and hedge fund management
2. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership in a small-team environment
3. Open to both junior and experienced candidates
4. Experience in financial services, operations, middle office, trade support, fund accounting, or compliance is a plus
5. Strong Excel and data management skills preferred
6. Seeking candidates interested in building a long-term career with the firm (5+ years)

Salary: Depends on your current pay and skillset, experience.
