Description

This role will be responsible for the managing the relationships of ULTIMA customers with a team of Lifestyle Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
  • Manage the team of multi-skilled Lifestyle Managers (sales cum service unit for the Ultra HNI credit card)
  • Drive the acquisition target in order to help the product break-even and enhance profitability
  • Review and formulate acquisition strategies and partnership opportunities in order to grow the book size aggressively
  • Maintain strong customer preference over other card offers in the market
  • Cross-sell of the card to other business areas like Citigold Private Client (CPC), Private Bank and IPB
  • Seek out strategic partnerships with like-minded customer profiles for cross sell and joint events
  • Drive spend on the card through regular customer engagement strategies, as well as identifying global and local opportunities for customers to experience through the card usage
  • Establish seamless servicing for clients credit card related, as well as lifestyle needs 24x7
  • Identify and work with external servicing partners so that to ensure that clients needs are met not just reactively but also proactively
  • Establish a robust CRM system that helps deliver a superior level of service as well as build client engagement
  • Establish close working relationships with operations and affiliated businesses for smooth back end operations
  • Build partnership platforms with external partners that cater to like-minded brands, to identify mutually beneficial opportunities
  • Handle customer complaints and take relevant remedial actions
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and bank guidelines while adhering to audit requirements
  • Support initiatives that drive improvement of customer satisfaction scores


Qualifications

Key Competencies Required:
  • Strong leadership and experience in managing sales team with focus on Ultra HNI
  • Proficient in analytical skills and business planning
  • Good understanding of the Singapore HNW landscape, global lifestyle trends and affluent brands
  • High level of networking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the financial/banking industry for at least 6 years
  • Prior sales experience is essential, preferably in affluent segment sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Management
