Job Description

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports across multiple entities and investment structures.
• Produce consolidated management reporting packs, including financial statements, cash flow analysis and business performance commentary.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, reconciliations and reporting processes within Xero.
• Oversee investment accounting activities, including portfolio tracking, valuations, investment income and performance reporting.
• Monitor liquidity, treasury activities and foreign exchange exposures across global accounts and currencies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit requirements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights relating to net worth, investment performance, cash positions and strategic financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• CA, CPA or ACCA qualification, either completed or in progress.
• At least 8 years of accounting or finance experience within investment, wealth management, fund management, family office or multi-entity environments.
• Strong experience preparing consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with Xero is essential.
• Proficient in advanced Excel modelling, reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of investment accounting, treasury management and foreign exchange accounting.
• Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards, statutory reporting and tax compliance requirements.
