Job Description

• Oversee and review financial statements across group entities
• Manage group consolidation for quarterly and annual reporting
• Coordinate audit processes at entity and consolidated levels
• Review audit schedules and ensure timely completion
• Liaise with tax advisors on cross-border tax matters
• Partner with corporate secretaries on governance requirements
• Support financial oversight of investment and holding structures

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant disciplines
• 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Strong experience in group consolidation and reporting
• Exposure to investment, holding or trust structures is advantageous
• Hands-on and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with various accounting systems and financial tools
