We are partnering with an established international insurance organisation to hire an experienced Credit Control Manager to join its Singapore team. This role will oversee credit control and technical accounting activities relating to premium and claims , while leading a team of Credit Controllers and working closely with regional and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee premium collections, allocations and outstanding broker balances
2. Manage technical accounting activities across premiums and claims
3. Prepare credit control, premium and claims reporting for management
4. Handle ledger entries, reconciliations and cash accounting activities
5. Maintain strong controls and processes across credit operations
6. Partner closely with Finance and overseas offices to ensure accurate premium bookings and allocations
7. Lead, coach and develop a team of Credit Controllers

Requirements

1. Relevant experience in insurance credit control, accounts receivable or technical accounting
2. Good understanding of premium and claims processes
3. Experience across Direct and/or Facultative insurance would be advantageous
