THE ROLE :
Are you passionate about financial markets and enjoy building relationships with senior industry leaders? Join Coalition Greenwich and play a key role in gathering the insights that drive some of the most respected market intelligence and consulting solutions in the financial services industry.
In this role, you will engage directly with senior executives across leading corporates, asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions throughout Asia. Through meaningful conversations and research interviews, you will help uncover valuable market insights that support our consulting and benchmarking expertise.
Working closely with the VP of Asia Fielding and our research consultants, you will combine relationship-building, market knowledge, and project management skills to deliver high-quality research outcomes and strengthen our network of industry participants.
Build and manage executive relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior buy-side and corporate decision-makers across Asia.
- Represent Coalition Greenwich with professionalism, credibility, and integrity in all client interactions.
- Engage executives through in-person meetings, virtual discussions, and telephone interviews.
Lead research and insight gathering
- Schedule and conduct interviews with senior leaders from financial institutions and corporate organizations.
- Gather market intelligence through structured discussions and research questionnaires.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of interview feedback and survey data within the Coalition Greenwich platform.
Drive project execution
- Partner closely with consultants and research teams to support ongoing studies and client initiatives.
- Manage research timelines and participant engagement activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support outreach and marketing initiatives designed to increase executive participation in research programs.
Lead and develop freelancers
- Manage a network of freelance interviewers and research professionals.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing guidance to ensure quality and consistency.
- Share product knowledge and best practices to support successful fieldwork execution.
YOUR EXPERTISE:
Our ideal candidate is seeking to make a substantial difference to the quality of data in Singapore. Being a good relationship builder, professional manner and self-starter are essential. Candidates must also have experience in the Singapore market. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should possess the following essential (and desired) requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial markets and institutional investing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior executives confidently.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience conducting interviews, research, client-facing work, or relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Experience managing external partners, vendors, or freelancers is an advantage.
