Job Description
- Support origination and execution of M&A, investments, and partnerships
- Develop financial models including valuation and scenario analysis
- Assess target companies' financials, growth drivers, and risks
- Coordinate due diligence across multiple workstreams and advisors
- Prepare investment papers and presentations for internal approvals
- Engage stakeholders to evaluate strategic fit and integration plans
- Monitor industry trends across fintech, digital assets, and AI in FS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar
- 3+ years' experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Exposure to financial institutions or fintech ecosystems is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
