About the Role

As an Energy Analyst, you will support the delivery of energy and sustainability initiatives across datacenter sites and regions. This role combines data-driven energy management with hands-on support of Environmental and Energy Management Systems, helping optimize performance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Support implementation of energy and sustainability programs across sites, regions, or accounts.

• Manage and contribute to local energy and environmental projects within datacenter environments.

• Monitor energy consumption, utility costs, billing accuracy, and KPI performance trends.

• Collect, analyze, and report on energy, water, and waste metrics.

• Prepare monthly variance reports and sustainability performance updates.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through utility and performance data analysis.

• Support energy procurement activities and execution of energy-related initiatives.

• Assist with site energy profiles, surveys, and performance improvement plans.

• Maintain and support ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems, including audits and reviews.

• Identify risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement.

• Deliver energy efficiency and sustainability projects at operational sites.

• Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping for EMS/EnMS programs.

• Support training, awareness, and communication related to energy and environmental standards.

• Travel approximately once per month for short visits to client sites across Europe.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainable Energy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or building/infrastructure operations.

• Understanding of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 frameworks and site-level application.

• Ability to analyze energy data, identify trends, and produce clear reports and insights.

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., Power BI).

• Experience supporting projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of compliance requirements, audits, and documentation practices.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present insights.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a focus on performance and improvement.
