Main roles
- Start building your accounting expertise by supporting daily cash management activities, including monitoring bank movements, preparing cash-related entries and contributing to accurate cash reporting
- Help reconcile bank accounts and make sure cash-related transactions are recorded accurately and on time
- Investigate outstanding items, perform analyses and actively contribute ideas to improve day-to-day accounting processes
- Expand your expertise over time across other accounting subledgers, including accounts receivable and/or accounts payable, through a structured and supportive learning journey
- Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, analytical reviews and explanation of key account movements
- Prepare, record, analyse and report accounting transactions while ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies and principles
- Apply and respect internal controls and accounting procedures, while developing a solid understanding of financial governance requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of accounting entries and supporting documentation
- Contribute to the reconciliation and quality review of balance sheet accounts to support robust financial reporting
- Get involved in accounting and transformation initiatives that help modernise processes, improve efficiency and raise the quality of our finance operations
- Collaborate with colleagues across countries and functions, gaining valuable international exposure and contributing to a team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- A first experience or internship in accounting, finance or shared services is a plus, but what matters most is your curiosity, motivation and willingness to learn
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and a strong interest in developing your knowledge further in an international finance environment
- Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds
- Able to work accurately, organise priorities effectively and collaborate well both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with Excel; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus
- Fluent in English
