Your role

We're looking for an intern to join our Finance team who will support day-to-day accounting and reporting activities and gain hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment.
In this role, you will:
• Support accounting and financial activities within the Finance function
• Prepare and deliver financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, close packs, and other management reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Analyse and investigate variances, ensuring required adjustments are accurately reflected in the general ledger
• Perform reconciliations and analyse financial data to support financial reporting and controls
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to improving the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial processes and internal controls
• Gain exposure to financial reporting processes in a global organization and develop practical finance and analytical skills
Your team
You will join the Group Finance team based in Krakow, located at Fabryczna Office Park.
The team plays a key role in supporting EMEA Financial Controlling by delivering accurate, timely, and fully reconciled financial information. The primary objective of the role is to provide high-quality reporting support across a broad range of operational and financial activities.
Your expertise
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Ability to analyse, reconcile, and interpret financial data
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
