What the day will look like



As a Business Analyst within Aon Business Services' Internal Consulting team, you will support a multi-year Target Operating Model transformation. Acting as a link between business collaborators and data, you will help translate strategic objectives, operational challenges, and future-state requirements into meaningful analyses, insights, and recommendations.




Your responsibilities will include:

• Partner with business and transformation collaborators to understand strategic priorities and translate them into analytical insights and recommendations


• Support the development and implementation of Aon's future operating framework through data-driven analysis and decision-making


• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement


• Develop dashboards, reports, and important metrics using applications like Excel and Power BI


• Support argument development, transformation tracking, and measurement of key outcomes


• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and business-focused manner to interested parties across the organization

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• At least 3 years in Business Analytics, Internal Consulting, or Transformation roles


• Demonstrable ability to translate business needs and challenges into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations


• Proficiency in English


• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience working with data and reporting tools including Excel spreadsheets and Power BI dashboards


• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools


• Experience working on transformation, operating model, process improvement, or change initiatives is an advantage


• Very good communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
