ArcelorMittal Commercial Long Poland is interested in hiring Sales Manager focusing on the sales and marketing of SBQ bars across the Polish market.

It is a great opportunity to join our team and create and implement of ArcelorMittal's marketing strategies and commercial policy as well as product development.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of SBQ (Special Bar Quality) bars within the Polish market.
• Collaborate on the development of annual and periodic sales budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop short-term sales forecasts and define product strategies consistent with ArcelorMittal's corporate policies.
• Implement pricing strategies and actively participate in contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
• Strengthen and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market share goals and stay informed on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare tailored commercial offers and conduct regular customer visits to support business development.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong digital literacy
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Holder of a valid Category B driving license; open to frequent business travel
• Excellent communication abilities with proven experience in conducting business negotiations
• Prior exposure to steel distribution or steel fabrication is considered a strong advantage.
