About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our FATCA & AEOI Services team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for FATCA and CRS regulatory reporting of our clients. You will report to Manager of AEOI services ("Automatic Exchange of Information", e.g. FATCA and CRS) and work closely within global team under supervision of senior colleagues. This role will suit engaged, self-driven, customer orientated individuals who wish to develop and realize their potential within Citco.

Job Duties in Brief:

• Review written documents including but not limited to financial information, tax forms and self-certification forms in order to perform AEOI classification and due diligence;
• Documents management, including but not limited to data input into the company's systems
• Reading and interpreting Financial Statements to determine and/or confirm reportable AEOI accounts and values for legal local reporting purposes;
• Identify, analyze and troubleshoot classification and re-classification inconsistencies;
• Presenting solutions and best practices regarding AEOI procedures and tasks;
• Manage extensive client list and prioritize multiple projects
• Timely and proper communication to the appropriate parties; Provide excellent service to clients
• Assist clients with any AEOI query

About You:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Preferably with working experience specializing in KYC and AML
• Prior tax and financial services experience is a plus, but not required
• Proficient in MS Excel; comfortable with formulas, should understand the basics of macros and pivot tables, and be able to navigate and understand workbooks
• Intuitive feel and be a quick study for various software applications
• Experience in FATCA and AEOI reporting on hedge funds/private equity funds is a plus.
• With Strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects
• Amenable to working in our Makati (OneAyala Corporate) or Alabang office (Northgate Cyber Zone, Filinvest City).
• Amenable to working under a Hybrid work arrangement (requiring 3 days of in-office presence per week).
