Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, optimizing resources, and leading cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
Key Accountabilities
• Plans, organize s, and manage s manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
• Monitors workflow and adjust s schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where applicable.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to implement corrective actions when needed.
• Supervise and mentor production supervisors and staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
• Oversee inventory levels, raw material usage, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with OQES to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement .
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an Engineering or Business course, preferably with Master's Degree in Business Management
EXPERIENCES & SKILLSETS
• With at least ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing environment in the same capacity and
capability.
• Preferably with work experience in research and development.
• Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
• Mechanical and Electrical aptitude
• Highly knowledgeable in machine buy-off and qualification process.
• Mathematical skills (design schematics, dimensions and tolerances) • Problem solving skills (FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE), Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
• Project management skills - ability to initiate, plan, execute, control, and complete a project in
specified time.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Project).
• Excellent communication skills.

• Depth of Knowledge - demonstration and ability to apply Standard Principles
• Integration and Scope - ability to understand a broader scope of work within the specialty
area and to coordinate elements within the specialty work area.
• High Technical Ability and Critical Judgment demonstrated - Ability to independently apply

• Minimal Supervision required - demonstrated ability to manage daily workload, employee
relations and personnel functions .
