As a Blueriq Engineer, you help create reliable, user-friendly applications that support colleagues, intermediaries and customers every day. What you are going to do

You will join a hybrid, cross-functional product team within the IT department of Schade Intermediair. Our department develops digital B2B insurance solutions for intermediaries and direct customers, with a strong focus on user experience, product development and operational efficiency.

In this role, you help maintain and improve our products based on our low-code front-office platform (Blueriq). Together with your team, you maintain the functionality of our B2B products and translate business needs into practical technical solutions that help colleagues across NN work more effectively and serve customers better.

Your work goes beyond building new functionality. You will also contribute to platform management, technical migrations, incident resolution and connections with initiatives from other teams. This makes the role varied and impactful: you need to switch quickly, take ownership and feel comfortable working in a complex IT landscape.

From change to run, and from release to testing, the team takes responsibility for the full lifecycle of the application. Together, you keep improving the platform and the way we deliver value.

• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions together with the team
• Model front-office processes in Blueriq with a DevOps mindset
• Build and maintain Blueriq flows that support quotes, policies and related insurance processes
• Apply modern engineering practices, including automated build, test and deployment through CI/CD
• Continue developing your skills through coaching, learning opportunities and knowledge sharing

Who you are

You are comfortable in a dynamic environment, eager to learn, and motivated to help NN build future-proof digital insurance solutions.

• Knowledge of low-code platforms, preferably with previous Blueriq experience
• Experience with (REST) APIs and system connectivity, mainly consuming and managing APIs
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, especially CI/CD pipelines
• Plus to have: knowledge of SAP PM
