For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in fund administration, corporate fiduciary and banking services that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network, we provide a full suite of services to set up, administer and maintain Private Equity- and Real Estate fund structures, including their global Special Purpose Vehicles, throughout their life cycle.
Responsibilities
Role Overview & Purpose
As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the strategic partner for our most important clients in the alternative investment fund space. You'll drive client success and retention by understanding their evolving needs, building strong internal networks across Citco, and identifying opportunities for deeper partnerships. This role sits at the heart of how we maintain and grow our relationships with the clients who trust us most.
What You'll Be Doing
Relationship Leadership : Serve as the primary executive contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, building trust and understanding their business priorities and challenges
Client Retention & Growth : Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth within your portfolio
Solution Development: Work with internal teams to identify client needs, recommend new services or products, and translate market trends into actionable opportunities
Agreement Management: Lead negotiations and renewals of service level agreements in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain a strong internal network across regions and business units to support global growth and ensure clients receive coordinated, excellent service
Performance Accountability: Track client metrics, manage profitability targets, and work with Regional Heads and Sales teams to achieve financial objectives

Qualifications

Essential capabilities:
- 7+ years of experience in alternative investment funds or related corporate services
- Proven track record in business development with demonstrated revenue growth
- Experience with outsourcing processes and corporate service delivery models
- Understanding of international tax structuring in fund administration
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a collaborative environment
Desirable:
- CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
- Experience in relationship management or account leadership roles
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in alternative investment fund administration or corporate services
- Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
- Familiarity with international tax structuring and outsourced service models
- Leadership experience in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
