These services include Custody & Cash Clearing, Fund Administration, Fund Distribution, Master Data Services, Market Solutions, Group Invoicing, Reconciliations and Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions. As a Centre of Excellence, CACEIS Malaysia plays a pivotal role in driving the scalability of global operations, enhancing service quality, and implementing standardized processes to meet the diverse needs of its clients. The dedicated team in Malaysia is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that empower clients to thrive in a dynamic and competitive financial landscape.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale and complex projects of strategic importance to CACEIS Group and Country. This includes managing cross-functional teams, aligning deliverables with business strategy, and driving measurable improvements across global teams in a "Follow the Sun" model. The role covers end-to-end project management from initiation to closure.

Working hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead full project lifecycle ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define/maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication (senior leadership, clients, regulators).
- Facilitate governance reporting, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
- Drive organizational change initiatives (training, communications, process adoption).
- Ensure technical alignment across IT, Operations, and Product teams; oversee testing, migration, and cutover.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements.
