Job Description

As a Sales Executive at United Overseas Bank, you will be responsible for driving sales of our banking products and services to new and existing clients, contributing to the bank's growth and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify and acquire new individual and corporate clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable banking solutions.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients and recommend appropriate products such as loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
* Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, demonstrating the value and benefits of UOB's offerings.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the banking industry.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal departments suches as credit, operations, and product development to ensure seamless client service.
* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and marketing events as required.

Job Qualifications:**
* Strong understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment vehicles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
