We are partnering with a well-established global organisation seeking a Senior Treaty Reinsurance Administrator to play a key role in supporting clients, managing treaty operations , and delivering exceptional service across the full policy lifecycle.

This role is based in Singapore. This opportunity offers exposure to complex reinsurance programmes, collaboration with international stakeholders, and the chance to contribute to process improvement initiatives within a highly regarded business.

Key Responsibilities

Premium & Treaty Operations

1. Oversee the administration of treaty reinsurance programmes, maintaining accurate contract documentation and ensuring treaty records remain up to date throughout the policy lifecycle.
2. Interpret and administer treaty agreements, verifying contractual terms, premium structures, endorsements, and supporting documentation in accordance with established procedures.
3. Partner with underwriting, finance, claims, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless treaty policy administration, contract execution, and renewal activities.

Claims Administration

1. Coordinate the end-to-end administration of treaty claims, ensuring contractual obligations and service standards are met.
2. Monitor large loss notifications and maintain accurate claims records.
3. Review claims information for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve documentation issues.
4. Assist with reserve monitoring, claims analysis, and settlement activities while escalating complex matters where appropriate.

Operational Excellence

1. Contribute to workflow enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
2. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

1. Around 4+ years' experience within treaty reinsurance operations, client servicing, treaty administration, or claims support.
