Yor Mission:



The Senior Credit Risk Analyst will be responsible for assessing and managing credit risk associated with real estate and mid-corporate clients.



This role involves condcting thorogh credit analyses and ensring compliance with reglatory standards while spporting the bank's growth initiatives in the real estate and corporate lending sectors.




Yor Next Challenge:

Assess loan applications for commercial clients by evalating credit risk and performing annal reviews of conterparties and projects (ADC and IPRE) across varios segments.

Review financial statements, inclding balance sheets and projected cash flows, and participate in the assessment of conterparty or Projects ratings.

Identify and analyze risks related to borrowers and transactions, and provide clear, well-fonded recommendations to spport decision-making bodies.

Spport the Front Office by assisting in loan strctring, advising on credit risk matters, and determining appropriate collateral levels.

Ensre fll compliance with internal credit risk policies, procedres, and reglatory gidelines.

Yor Skills & Profile:

A min. bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or higher in economics, finance, or management.

Minimm 5 years of experience in credit risk analysis, with a strong focs on real estate and mid-corporate clients within the banking or financial services indstry.

Strong knowledge of loan prodcts, financial instrments, and a solid nderstanding of the local and neighboring real estate markets.

Flency in French and English; knowledge of German is a strong asset.

Proficiency in common office and analytical tools.

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit analysis techniqes.

Excellent knowledge of real estate markets, corporate finance, and credit risk management principles.

Strong commnication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse adiences.

Familiarity with reglatory frameworks affecting credit risk in real estate and corporate lending.
