We are looking for

At least 3 years indstry experience, preferably in a Lxemborg management company or fnd administrator or adit company.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Bsiness Administration, or a related field.

Strong nderstanding of fnd strctres and reglatory reqirements in Lxemborg and Ireland.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in financial reporting and bdgeting.

Ability to commnicate effectively with varios stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accracy in data management.

Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Yor role in the team



The Fnd Administration Officer,nder the spervision of the Fnd Administration Manager, will:

Act as a main point of contact with all relevant parties involved into the setp, the onboarding and the daily monitoring of the fnds.

Managing the annal and semi-annal reporting process for or fnds.

Overseeing the operational implementation of projects, inclding the lanch of new fnds, mergers, and liqidations.

Coordinate with the Finance department for the drafting of the fnds bdget and monitoring of the fnds expenses.
Maintaining the accracy and proper dissemination of fnd data.

Enhancing and condcting oversight controls for both Lxemborg and Irish fnds.

Inaddition, the Fnd Administration Manager will collaborate with the CO-FndAdministration in the selection and oversight of delegated and otsorcedfnctions, in particlar:

The administrators and depositaries;

The distribtors and paying agents
