Are you a dynamic Client Advisor who delivers an exceptional client experience? Do you have a strong track record in client advisory? Are you a proven risk manager?



As a Client Advisor within Global Family & Institutional Wealth (GFIW), you will manage and grow relationships with Ultra High Net Worth clients, Family Offices and entrepreneurs across the Benelux & Nordics markets.



GFIW is UBS's cross divisional client offering, integrating the capabilities of Global Wealth Management, the Investment Bank and Asset Management to address complex execution, investment, lending, risk management and corporate needs.



You will deliver superior investment advice and solutions for clients' wealth together with investment specialists from across the whole group, strategically manages a book of clients and prospects, generates sustainable revenues and growth opportunities for the bank and acts as a first line of defense in managing risk.



The GFIW Client Advisor addresses the highly complex and unique needs of GFIW clients.

A broad product and cross-divisional institutional knowledge is needed in order to create new business opportunities by drawing on extensive professional networks both internally and externally.




The team



You will join the GFIW Benelux & Nordics team in Luxembourg, a collaborative and high-performing group serving sophisticated Ultra Net Worth clients, Family Offices and entrepreneurs clients with global, cross divisional solutions across all asset classes.

• delivering a unified, One UBS service model shaped by deep collaboration with product specialists and partners across divisions

• providing institutional grade capabilities through a private banking relationship approach

• ensuring clients receive seamless support at every step of their wealth journey.

Your skills and experience



We are looking for a Client Advisor who brings:



• 10+ years of experience in UHNW/FO or institutional relationship management, ideally in the Benelux or Nordics region

• proven ability in asset gathering, business development and delivering sophisticated investment solutions

• strong understanding of the Wealth Management product universe, CIO views, and regulatory frameworks

• a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong networks across markets and divisions

• high standards of execution, documentation and risk awareness

• fluency in English, with strong preference for Dutch, French or Nordic languages

• regulatory certifications required for client-facing roles (or willingness to obtain them)

• you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
