We'll be looking to you analyze functional specification and business requirement documents in order to translate them into a testing plan. Together with the Project Management and Technology teams, you will ensure that the software solutions created to meet the business requirements. This will be achieved through the development and execution of User-Acceptance-Testing (UAT) Cases, validating the customer experience on front-end applications to identify defects and then drive towards resolution of these with the technical and business teams.
For this role, we require you to have experience in Quality Assurance and User-Acceptance-Testing, where you will have developed strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills. Experience with IntelliMatch, GlobalPay Plus, and Citrix applications is also required. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities with deadlines will help you succeed in this role. As well as, proven responsibility, ability to take initiative, seek solutions and see tasks through to completion. Also, communication and presentational skills would be highly appreciated. Annual base salary gross: 15,058 - 26,588 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
