Talent Acquisition Specialist - Israel

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Israel. In this role, you will manage recruitment activity across non-management and field-based roles, partner closely with hiring managers, and help deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience.


What You'll Do


- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a high volume of roles
- Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to align on hiring needs and priorities
- Provide local market insights to support effective hiring decisions
- Ensure a consistent, positive, and compliant candidate experience
- Track recruiting progress, pipeline activity, and hiring goals
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and share best practices


What You'll Need


- Experience in managing the end-to-end process of high volume in talent acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of the Israeli labor market
- Experience using ATS (Avature) and recruiting technologies
- Hebrew and English communication skills preferred
