Our client, a leading organisation in the tech sector are seeking to expand their finance team with an entry level finance position, this role will support across Accounts Payable.



Responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and processing supplier invoices


• Setting up supplier accounts


• Dealing with supplier queries


• Managing multiple payment runs per month


• Supplier reconciliations


• Monthly close


• Bank reconciliations and bank account management


• Journal postings


• Assisting with projects and process improvements


• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have Stamp 4 or EU Passport


• 2.1 Finance related degree


• Ideally 6 months' experience of working in a Finance team


• Excellent communication skills - fully fluent written and spoken English essential


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel


• Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines


• Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
