Cost Accountant Manufacturing, Dublin

Our client are a leader in their sector offering quality products with an excellent reputation. They are seekung to recruit a Cost Accountant in a very hands on and fast paced role. This will take ownership of the full product costing and maintenance of cost models along with providing financial analysis and supporting commercial decision making with the senior management team.

Key Tasks:

• New product costing
• Managing existing costs and montoring existing external costs
• Reconciliations of product costs
• Create and maintain profibility models
• Maintenance of the Master Data Costings file and creator of new Cost of Goods as required by the business
• Review labour costings
• Work with commercial teams as required
• Process improvement

Candidate Requirements:

• Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant with experience in a costing role
• Costing or Commercial experience is essential to this role
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Ability to influence and negotiate with sales managers and clients
• Fluency in English is a pre-requisite for this position
• Strong IT skills required
