We're looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of key transformation initiatives within our Billings & Collections area on a 24 month fixed term contract . You'll play a central role in translating business needs into clear requirements, helping to shape system and process improvements that deliver real impact. Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams, you'll ensure solutions are aligned, practical and deliver value. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced programme driving meaningful change. Please note we can only accept applications who have previous Billings & Collections experience.

Duties & responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Document and manage business requirements, user stories and process flows
• Analyse current ("As Is") processes and define future ("To Be") solutions
• Support backlog creation, prioritisation and roadmap delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, readiness and deployment

Skills & experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services or regulated environment working directly with Billings & Collections
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping and analysis
• Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive aligned outcomes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact

The expected pay range for this role will fall between €65,000 and €80,000 and salary offered will commensurate with candidate's level of skills and experience.
