Job Description:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including agreements with vendors and other third parties.
• Review legal agreements entered into by Sun Life.
• Provide legal advice and opinions to internal users/stakeholders on various legal and regulatory matters to support business operations and risk management.
• Prepare legal correspondence, including demand letters, response letters, and other legal documents.
• Support litigation matters, including coordination with external counsel.
• Support internal investigations relating customer complaints or alleged misconduct by agents or employees and provide recommendations for follow-up actions.
