About the Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver seamless client experience.

The Middle Office Solutions (MOS) department provides an extensive suite of middle office solutions to clients within three main pillars: Trade Operations, Collateral Operations, and Treasury & Cash Management.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Create and maintain Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) within Citco's internal Payments/Treasury systems, always ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform callback verification for newly established or amended SSIs to confirm authenticity and mitigate operational and fraud risk.
• Process and create wire payments through Citco's internal Payments/Treasury platforms in accordance with established controls, procedures, and authorization frameworks.
• Coordinate the end-to-end opening of new bank accounts across relevant jurisdictions, liaising with banking partners, internal stakeholders, and clients to gather required documentation.
• Review and validate account-opening documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance, including KYC/AML documentation, beneficial ownership records, and entity formation documents such as certificates of incorporation, board resolutions, and authorized signatory lists.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, including FATCA, CRS, and local jurisdictional rules, across payment processing and bank account management activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements across all payments and bank account management activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and operational teams to resolve queries, address exceptions, and support broader business requirements.

Qualifications

About You:

• 3-6 years of experience in treasury operations, payments, cash management, banking operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, wire transfers, SSI management, and bank account administration.
• Experience of bank account-opening documentation and banking relationship management.
• Knowledge of operational risk controls and verification processes, including callback procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in treasury, banking, or payment-processing systems is preferred.
