Description of role and key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements for all employees while adhering to the organization's travel policy and budget

• Ticket booking -AIR, Train, bus by coordination with agents or self-booking through empaneled corporate booking portal

• Hotel booking, cab booking, visa arrangement by coordination with agents and Investec empaneled vendors.

• Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow including web check-in, seat and meals arrangements for all bookings.

• Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence.

• Communicate with the person travelling regularly to keep them updated on logistics.

• Manage travel disruptions, flight cancellations, delays, or other travel-related emergencies.

• MIS reporting

• Processing payment of travel agents with account team as per prescribed format

• Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other travel-related activities.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of travel-related policies and guidelines.
