\In this role, you will lead consultative business development and strategic account growth across enterprise and specialized industry accounts (such as the healthcare sector). You will partner with business decision-makers and C-suite leaders to uncover organizational challenges and deliver advanced technological solutions-spanning cybersecurity, managed services, 24/7 SOC operations, agentic automation, IT infrastructure, and modern digital workplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Expansion: Identify commercial opportunities, formulate sales pipeline strategies, and achieve revenue and retention targets across assigned business portfolios and specialized verticals.
Executive Engagement & Consulting: Initiate and nurture relationships with C-level executives, department heads, and key stakeholders to diagnose pain points and align technology roadmaps with client goals.
Solution Advisory: Consult with clients to assess needs across IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, software/endpoint licensing, agentic automation, cybersecurity, and smart workplace tools.
Managed Services Promotion: Introduce and pitch managed IT and security solutions, including around-the-clock 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services and risk-mitigation frameworks.
Tenders, Proposals & Demonstrations: Draft comprehensive proposals, lead formal tender response processes, and deliver high-impact solution demonstrations and executive presentations.
Deal Execution & Post-Sales Partnership: Partner with pre-sales engineers, account teams, and external technology vendors to close opportunities, while providing continuous advisory support to ensure long-term client retention.
Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of emerging technology developments, sector-specific dynamics, and digital transformation trends to deliver strategic advisory insights.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven track record in technology sales, corporate account management, or consultative solution selling.
Direct sales background in IT infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, enterprise automation, or digital workplace solutions.
Domain familiarity with vertical markets (such as healthcare accounts) is highly regarded.
Skills & Competencies:
Demonstrated consultative selling capabilities with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles, tender procedures, and senior-level discussions.
Goal-oriented, proactive mindset with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage.
