Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic wealth planning solutions to HNW and UHNW clients, focusing on wealth preservation, wealth succession, and legacy planning.
• Partner closely with Private Bankers to identify clients' wealth structuring needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Advise clients on trust structures, succession planning, estate planning, family governance, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Support referrals and implementation of wealth planning solutions, including family trusts, life insurance trusts, universal life insurance, and succession planning structures.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external professional partners, including trust companies, insurance providers, legal advisers, and tax specialists.
• Conduct client presentations and wealth planning discussions to educate clients on estate and legacy planning considerations.
• Monitor regulatory, market, and industry developments impacting private wealth and estate planning.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the bank's wealth planning franchise.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Tax, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Planning, Trust & Fiduciary Services, Insurance Advisory, Estate Planning, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of family trusts, succession planning, estate planning, insurance solutions, and wealth preservation strategies.
• Experience working with UHNW clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, and multi-generational families.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex wealth planning concepts in a practical and client-friendly manner.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
