Responsibilities :
1. Training & Capability Building: Design and implement a comprehensive tier-based training system for the wealth management line (including onboarding, product knowledge, compliant sales pitches, and KYC/AML practical operations) to elevate frontline professional competencies.
2. Sales Supervision & Enablement: Establish quarterly and monthly marketing cadences, supervise cross-departmental execution, capture scalable sales playbooks and success stories, and conduct regular reviews for continuous optimization.
3. Performance & KPI Management: Deconstruct annual company revenue and AUM targets into actionable team KPIs, establishing a dynamic tracking and accountability mechanism.
4. Client Allocation Strategy: Architect full lifecycle rules for client acquisition --> allocation --> routing --> churn/exit, balancing team capacity with client experience to maximize conversion efficiency.
5. CRM System Governance: Lead the full-lifecycle management of the CRM system—from requirement definition, field configuration, and workflow design to data analytics—ensuring a complete data loop across acquisition, conversion, retention, and cross-selling.
6. Middle-Office SOP Standardization: Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across the entire sales lifecycle to enhance conversion rates under strict compliance standards.
Requirements :
1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of experience in sales operations management within Hong Kong brokerage firms, private banks, or wealth management institutions.
2. Industry Expertise: Deep familiarity with the full spectrum of Hong Kong wealth management businesses, possessing robust sales operations closure capabilities (proven ability to independently build a complete management loop of Training --> Supervision --> Evaluation --> Incentives).
3. Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in CRM system operations; experience in CRM system selection, implementation, or restructuring will be a strong distinct advantage.
4. Core Competencies: Results-oriented with high stress-tolerance, capable of advancing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Preferred Qualifications: Holders of Hong Kong SFC Type 1, 4, or 9 Responsible Officer (RO) licenses will be given priority.
