You will be a crucial member to support the management company and related entities in a well established investment firm. This is a hands‑on corporate accounting role with meaningful exposure to financial control, systems, and automation. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in strengthening processes, improving reporting quality, and driving operational efficiency as the platform continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain full-set accounts for the management company and corporate entities and their consolidated accounts
2. Prepare monthly management accounts, supporting schedules, and variance analysis
3. Drive and improve accounting workflows with emphasis on scalability, efficiency, and robust controls
4. Introduce automation across close processes, reconciliations, reporting, and legacy data migration
5. Develop and sustain advanced Excel solutions (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/macros)
6. Enhance accounting platforms and streamline data integration
7. Coordinate with auditors, tax specialists, and external providers
8. Assist with entity establishment, banking setup, and ongoing corporate governance
9. Collaborate closely with investment, legal, and compliance teams

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
2. Professional qualification (CPA / ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent) preferred
3. 3-6years relevant experience, ideally within investment firms
4. Big Four audit background with financial services exposure is welcome
5. Strong corporate accounting experience (management company / holding company)
6. Solid working knowledge of HKFRS / IFRS
7. Advanced Excel proficiency
8. Proven experience in accounting automation, process redesign, or system enhancements
9. Exposure to accounting systems, ERP tools, or low-code / automation platforms is a plus
10. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
11. Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese/Mandarin
