Your new role

• 
  Provide holistic investment advisory services and portfolio solutions to HNW and UHNW clients, aligning recommendations with clients' risk profiles, investment objectives, and market views.
  
• 
  Partner closely with Relationship Managers to identify investment opportunities, conduct client reviews, and drive asset growth and revenue generation across the client portfolio.
  
• 
  Deliver timely market updates, investment insights, and product recommendations covering equities, fixed income, structured products, funds, alternatives, FX, and other wealth management solutions.
  
• 
  Support business development efforts through client meetings, investment seminars, portfolio presentations, and acquisition of new client assets.
  
• 
  Ensure all advisory activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and suitability standards while maintaining a high level of client service excellence.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are advantageous.
  
• 
  Minimum 7 years of Investment Counsellor experience within private banking or wealth management, with at least 2 years of proven and demonstrable track record in advisory performance and revenue contribution.
  
• 
  Strong investment product knowledge across equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, FX, alternatives, and discretionary portfolio solutions.
  
• 
  Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• 
  Ambitious, energetic, and client-focused self-starter with strong commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
