A leading international investment bank is seeking an experienced professional to join its APAC Business Management team. This is a highly visible role working closely with senior business leaders and regional management to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation, and organizational change across the Asia platform.

The position is particularly suited to candidates from a Business Management, COO Office, Strategy, or Transformation background within Global Markets. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Equities and/or Fixed Income businesses, with the ability to engage effectively with Front Office stakeholders and support strategic initiatives across these product areas.

• Partner with senior business stakeholders to drive strategic priorities and transformation initiatives across APAC.
• Lead large-scale change programs involving Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Act as a key liaison between business and infrastructure functions to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.
• Drive operating model enhancements, business process improvements, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, project oversight, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business growth.
• Provide strategic recommendations and thought leadership to senior management on key business initiatives.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives.

• 10+ years of experience within investment banking or capital markets.
• Strong background in Business Management, COO Office, Strategic Change, Transformation, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
• Good understanding of Global Markets products, particularly Equities and/or Fixed Income.
• Experience supporting or partnering with Front Office stakeholders within sales, trading, structuring, or markets businesses.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional transformation or change management initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders across multiple functions.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of business strategy, governance, operating models, and organizational priorities.
• Experience working across regional and global teams within a matrix environment.
