- Provide high-quality desktop and end-user support to business users, resolving technical issues quickly and professionally.
- Build, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, peripherals, and multi-monitor setups.
- Administer user accounts and access permissions through Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Support mobile devices and endpoint management tools while maintaining adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Manage and maintain physical network infrastructure including IDF/MDF closets, patching, cabling, labeling, and rack organization.
- Perform first-line network troubleshooting covering connectivity, switching, wireless issues, and general infrastructure incidents.
- Coordinate with global technology teams, external vendors, telecommunications providers, and building management when required.
- Support onboarding activities, office technology projects, equipment refresh cycles, and business continuity initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, infrastructure support, system administration, or a related IT function.
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and familiarity with macOS platforms.
- Hands-on administration experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
- Exposure to endpoint management technologies such as Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and structured cabling.
- Experience working within server rooms, IDF/MDF environments, or maintaining physical infrastructure components.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to provide professional user support under pressure.
- Preferred experience within financial services, trading environments, hedge funds, investment firms, or other highly available operational settings.
- Additional exposure to Bloomberg, market data platforms, Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet, Zoom Rooms, or Teams Rooms would be advantageous.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL are beneficial but not mandatory.
