Key Responsibilities

• Application & User Support: Deliver functional support across Calypso, TBricks, Imagine, and proprietary internal platforms.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior staff and oversee onboarding/training for new team members.
• Operations & Monitoring: Execute morning/afternoon shift rotations for health checks, configure monitoring rules, and address automated system alerts.
• Incident & Change Management: Handle incident escalation, direct resolutions, and oversee change requests from dev and infra teams.
• Infrastructure & Security: Support BCP drills, IT security reviews, audit requests, and lead deployment projects for new systems and servers.
• Documentation: Keep operational procedures and technical environment configurations updated.
• General: Fulfill additional tasks assigned by management.

Skills & Experience

• Core Experience: 8+ years supporting Calypso or Front Office platforms for Equity Derivatives or FICC.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills, Windows/Linux server commands, and shell scripting; solid grasp of server and network infrastructure.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving, high attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
• Shift Availability: Willingness to work early shifts (starting at 7:00 AM) and rotating weekend duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Bloomberg terminals/systems.
• Prior exposure to Hong Kong warrant market-making operations.
• Scripting capability in Python, VBA, or similar languages.
• Proficiency in Putonghua (Mandarin).
