As their business strengthens, they are hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic FP&A and Analytics with a strong background in performance reporting and strategic planning & development to join the team.

Your new role

• Lead the development of strategic business plans, annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with senior management and key business stakeholders.
• Oversee regular business performance reviews and provide management with meaningful analysis, insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Monitor key financial and business performance indicators, identifying trends, opportunities and areas requiring management attention.
• Partner with senior leadership and relevant business functions to evaluate new initiatives, growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Support the assessment and development of new business opportunities, including financial analysis, business cases and performance projections.
• Track the progress and effectiveness of key business initiatives, ensuring appropriate follow-up and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Provide insights on market developments, customer needs and competitive trends to support business planning and longer-term growth strategies.
• Work closely with distribution and other business teams on target setting, performance management and initiatives to enhance business results.
• Ensure appropriate governance and controls are maintained across planning, budgeting and expenditure management activities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting collaboration, engagement and a strong performance culture.
• Undertake other strategic projects and management initiatives as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of Finance, Strategy, Consulting or Business Planning experience
  
• A qualified CPA or Masters is a plus
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
  
• Bring a strategic and analytical mindset
  
• Reliable and able to work under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
