Your new role
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO function, ensuring effective governance and delivery oversight.
• Oversee programme and portfolio governance, reporting, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive quality control, compliance, and PMO standards across initiatives.
• Enhance PMO processes through automation, tools, and reporting improvements.
• Provide actionable portfolio insights to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, supporting both strategic and operational PMO activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading a dedicated PMO at Senior Manager level.
• Strong background in programme governance, portfolio management, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success improving PMO functions, reporting, and operating models.
• Experience implementing PMO tools, automation, and process enhancements.
• Ability to establish strong operational foundations and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on, pragmatic "jack-of-all-trades" mindset with broad PMO expertise.
